Working Woman

I have completed one work week! Life has been pretty interesting so far.... I forget about humidity... I had to adjust to having to use the air conditioner to stay alive. I am still getting used to not needing a sweatshirt when you look outside and it is dark. It would be 90 degrees at 10 at night!!!
On Saturday, I was in 4 massive cities... Started with flying from Houston to Dallas. Corde picked me up and we drove to Stephensville. From there, I drove 6 hours to Kingsville. I passed through Austin and San Antonio. I will be living in Kingsville for the next 8 weeks, then 10 weeks of training in Houston then back to Alice. Just a cool little side note about kingsville.... It is home to Kings Ranch. This is where the truck got its name from :) I was able to go to church in the Kingsville Ward where half of the members mainly speak spanish. I then didn't know what to do for the rest of the day so what do ya do?! Hit up the beach in Corpus Christi!! I went and walked along the beach then headed for the singles branch located in Corpus and attended another 3 hours! It was good to meet people. We will see how the next week goes :)
