H2O~EASIEST HABIT
~You didn't learn to love water at the Skinner house.
~Thirst often masks itself as hunger so drink a large glass of water first.
~Full hydration is peeing clear urine.
~Make it premeal policy, no excuses: a large glass of water before every meal.
~End the day preparing for GREAT start the next day: put a large glass of water on your night stand and drink it when you wake up.
~Mix a picture of noncaloric vitamin and mineral supplement. You can see it when you open the fridge to eat a meal.
~Conscientiously drinking water, workouts will improve by less muscle fatigue, recuperate faster, and don't feel groggy in the afternoon.
