Day 5

Is anyone hangry? I mean hungry...

Jillian asked me to post these recipes

FWD: Mango blueberrie parfait
6 0z. Yoghurt
1/2 c. Blueberries
1/2 c. Mango
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
layer the above.

ORIENTAL 7 LAYER SALAD
12 oz.spinach
2 c. Bean sprouts
1/2 lb. Mushrooms sliced
8 oz. Water chestnuts sliced
3 boiled eggs chopped
1/3 cup bacon bits
DRESSING(put in covered container overnight)
1 c. Salad oil
1/3 c. Vinegar
2 T. Ketchup
1red onion chopped
1/3 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Layer veggies, bacon, egg then toss with dressing. serve immediately. I dont add egg or bacon.

Pumpkin pudding
1 can pumpkin
2/3 c. Cream
1 1/3 cups water
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Ginger
1 6 oz. Box sugar free vanilla pddding
Whisk pumpkin,spices,and 1/2 the liquids. Then add the rest of liquids and pudding. Then whisk well. Top with toasted pecans and whipped cream.

LOW CARB PUMPKIN CEREAL
1/2 c. Ricotta
1 egg
1/4 cup pumpkin
pinch of salt and flavorings
Mix ricotta with water to thin it! Add egg, beat well. Add pumpkin, salt, and
spices . Cook in skillet.
