Day 3

~packages of cookie crisps that are 100 calories
~Frozen fruit gourmet frozen fruit bar
~breyers double churn 100 calorie cups
~fudgesicle 100 calorie bars
~no sugar added applesauce cups
~lit and fit yoghurt with berries(
half cup each) add a little whip cream
~individual bag ofmini carrotts with tablespoon of ranch
~yoplait light smoothie
~100 calorie bag of sunchips
~southbeach diet snackbar delights
~southbeach whole wheat crackers
~low fat cheesesticks
~sugar free jello and berries
~pumpkin pudding(recipe to )
~jalapeno or mini pepper halves stuffed with laughing cow triangles and bacon bits (under the broiler)

I got some chocolate rice cakes today and those are 60 cals and totally yummy. I have been eating quinoa with veggies and it is so tasty. There is an awesome quinoa cucumber salad if you like quinoa. Brig says "Eat til you are 70 percent full then stop and your brain will catch up with your stomach and you will be satisfied."
