My Biology Class

so... I have been putting off taking this class since my freshman year and here I am a super-senior taking it with lots of freshman and sophomores. There are 180 students in my class and on the first day the teacher read through the whole syllabus (first sign of lameness) and made reference to the Honor Code several times. He said that it states, "Students must wear shoes at all times." He went on to say that ..."Flip flops are not shoes." Many of the girls tried hiding their feet. He then rebuked the boys for wearing hats, even though hats are worn all over campus and in every class I have ever been in. Anyway, that is just some background info on him. He was a buster in every way, and I would have liked to put the class off until my final semester but decided since I sit behind a deaf student, I will just learn some sign language. Alright, so that was Wednesday. On Friday, the second class with Mr. Iron Fist (who wears shirts with a flap on the back)... a poor kid comes to class for the first time wearing a hat. The professor waits until class has started to embarrass the student in front of 180 others. It was apparent that he wasn't in class on Wednesday. I lean over to my neighbor and make a comment about his superiority complex and look at the kid on the back row who is clear across the room.... and then my spontaneous next comment, "Oh wait, I know him. That's my cousin!" It was none other than our big pal, JC! I texted him asking if he broke the honor code by wearing a hat in biology class, and messed with him for awhile because he didn't have my number in his phone. He did look up the area code and say that the only people who knew from Wyoming were the Skinners. Kinda cool to have a relative in one of my classes, my only goal is to get a better grade than him!
