(As I was looking on my last post, I realized it was Mom and Dad's anniversary and I forgot to mention that so Happy Anniversary a little late :)
On Monday around 3 in the afternoon, I got a call from my boss to immediately leave the office because a tornado was predicted to hit our building. By 4:30, I was back in the office at work. What does this have to do with softball? Our first game was cancelled due to the 2 or 3 tornadoes that touched down in Gillette so our games were cancelled! Darn it!
We had a great time with the John and Jan Gilbert family here for the night! Mom, Dad, Kennedy and Rowan took them over to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse today.I was supposed to make taco salad bowls using corn tortillas tonight. I left for the rec center with one batch in the oven. I already had some done that I sat out on the counter. When I came back, I smelled a little bit of smoke or burnt something. Rowan was crying, Shayla was talking on the phone and holding Max. She didn't hear the timer go off and the tortillas were black! I couldn't do anything but laugh! So tonight I got home around ten or so and started getting ready to make some more (thinking that I already had 6 made). I looked all around for the already done ones and couldn't find them anywhere! I called Shayla and she didn't know where they went. Dun dun dun.... I located them in Big Grandpas tummy! I hope the six tortillas come out ok tomorrow! So now I am starting all over as if I never made any to begin with.
I will update with the next softball game soon. I don't even know when it is though but I will hopefully find out.

Wow, I thought that only happened in Kansas. Glad you still have some Kansas blood in you and decided to go outside to take a picture.
